Nimble Storage recently surveyed IT leaders to understand the business impact of delays in the speed or performance of applications on businesses and end users. As illustrated in the infographic below, application delays and downtime can potentially cost U.S. companies as much as $7.5B per year. Additionally, the results of the survey found that 47% of business users waste as much as 10% of their daily time due to delays in application responsiveness and application slowness while 41% of users avoid using select SaaS applications altogether because of slow loading times.
